When Charles Bryant was growing up in Cleveland, OH, he may never have anticipated the size to which his vision would grow — especially since, back then, Las Vegas was nothing but a barren desert.

Recently, however, approximately 4,000 people jammed into the Las Vegas Rio Hotel for the largest Bryant national dealer meeting in the history of the company.

President Halsey Cook brought cheers from the contractors present with news about the company’s new Evolution system. The Evolution system offers a simple four-wire connection between the indoor and outdoor units as it provides six environmental features in one control.

The Evolution system has options available that provide for notification to the homeowner and/or contractor. In fact, the LED readout reminds the owner that periodic maintenance is required, by displaying the contractors name and phone number.

The new Bryant Warm Leads System will route real-time leads direct to dealers. Bryant will double consumer advertising in 2004 in an effort to help dealers generate more business.

Halsey Cook says , “New refrigerants will be the dominant market force. That means there are 120,000,000 installed central air conditioning systems that provide opportunities for contractors.”

The Evolution product became available February, 2004. More information is available at www.bryant.utc.com.
