Lake Mechanical Wins Two Major Contracts

Long-term projects to last up to 30 months

Lake Mechanical Contractors Inc., one of Florida’s leading plumbing, process piping and HVAC contractors, has been awarded a pair of plumbing and mechanical contracts valued at $12.5 million:

  • The Lake County Courthouse expansion in Tavares, where Lake will work with general contractor PPI Construction Management
  • The James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital expansion in Tampa, with general contractor, The Walsh Group.

Courthouse construction is expected to last 24 months, while the hospital project is projected for 30 months. Both commence in September.
