- The Lake County Courthouse expansion in Tavares, where Lake will work with general contractor PPI Construction Management
- The James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital expansion in Tampa, with general contractor, The Walsh Group.
Courthouse construction is expected to last 24 months, while the hospital project is projected for 30 months. Both commence in September.
