Lennox Reorganizes Commercial Sales, Support

Lennox Industries, Dallas, TX, has announced several personnel changes within its commercial HVAC operation.

Lennox Industries has announced several personnel changes that sources say will allow the HVAC manufacturer to make the most of changes in an evolving commercial market.

  • John Carino, regional director, northern region, will take on additional responsibility for Lennox' Magnum and Manufacturer's Representative key initiatives. Carino will oversee key accounts managers Brent Del Toro and Chris Saxon, who will help implement the Continuous Comfort™ planned replacement program with large national accounts. Del Toro, based in Houston, TX, will cover the South Central, Mountain, West Coast and Midwest commercial districts. Saxon, based in Nashville, TN, will cover the Northeast, Great Lakes, North Central and Southeast commercial districts.
  • A new "Canadian commercial district" is being created by merging the former Ontario district and the Western Canada district. Team members will report to Regional Director Nick Ennamorato. Chris Murray will build on his success in strategic services to take on the new role of sales manager, strategic service sales. Murray will report to Jeff Britain, director of national accounts. All national accounts directors will now report directly to Jeff Britain.
  • A new position — field application consultant— has been created to support the needs of specifying engineers and design/build organizations. The role will be filled by three of Lennox' award-winning Commercial Consultants: Steve Donley, Rusty Brown and Jim Cavanagh.
  • With the continued growth of strategic services, Craig McCarty and Michael Rice will take on the roles of project manager, strategic services. Their team will be overseen by John Whinery. Specialized commercial customer service support teams are being reorganized in Lennox' corporate headquarters in Richardson, Texas to support both district sales and national accounts. Deborah Kauffman, Director of Commercial Customer Service. will lead the customer service initiatives.

    Susan Herndon, vice president of sales for Lennox North America Commercial, says the reorganization will provide improved focus in a changing market.
