International Service Leadership (ISL), Nashville, TN, held a membership meeting for owners and general managers October 20-21, in Toronto, Canada.
During the meeting, ISL introduced its first quarterly “Marketing Toolkit,” available to ISL platinum members.
The tool kit contains a variety of materials, including print ads and scripted ads, all under ISL’s trademarked “CarefreeComfort” brand.
Bob Wilkins, vice-president of ISL, reviewed the development of an ISL marketing plan to fit the cycles of business. The simplified plan was put together using data from more than 30 years of climate history in North America and Canada.
“Our members find marketing to be complex and sometimes overwhelming,” says Wilkins.
“We’re presenting a program that not only takes the fear out of creating your marketing plan, but makes it easy for the contractor to implement an ongoing campaign to keep your phones ringing all year long.”
The conference included a presentation of a turnkey program to automate the printing and distribution of contractor direct mail campaigns through Mailnet Express, Nashville, TN.
ISL is a membership organization for residential HVAC and plumbing contractors throughout North America and Canada. It provides business resources, training and networking opportunities for its members with a comprehensive Course of Action program designed exclusively “For Contractors, By Contractors.”
ISL is privately owned by HVAC contractors.
