PremiStar Expands in Illinois with Acquisition of the HVAC Services Division of Dahme Mechanical

DEERFIELD, Illinois — PremiStar, a provider of commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and building automation services, has acquired the HVAC services division of Dahme Mechanical Industries, Inc., based in Countryside, Illinois. This acquisition expands PremiStar's service capabilities in northern Illinois and northwest Indiana. As a result of this transaction, the employees and commercial HVAC customers of Dahme Mechanical's HVAC services division will join PremiStar's Frankfort (IL) operations.

Eric Simadis, who led the Dahme Mechanical HVAC services division, has two decades of experience supporting commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. "My entire team and the customers we serve are excited about becoming part of PremiStar," Simadis said.
