Paul T. Stalknecht, president and CEO of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), the nation's largest organization of professional HVACR contractors, has announced several expansions and changes in the organization's staff.

Kevin Holland, formerly ACCA's senior vice president for business operations and membership, is now focusing his efforts as executive vice president and chief operational officer of IE3media, Inc., an ACCA subsidiary company that owns several print and digital media properties.

Holland has served the contracting industry since 2001, and helped found IE3media, Inc., in 2011. "I'm excited to focus my energy on expanding IE3media and its service to contractors and the HVACR industry," Holland said. "We are getting ready to launch a wide variety of new media programs in 2018 that will help contractors run more profitable businesses."

Stalknecht announced that Kimya Cajchun, who has also been with ACCA since 2001, has been promoted to ACCA senior vice president for membership and customer relations. "ACCA is in a growth phase and our Board has undertaken a major project to build a new membership platform for the association," Cajchun said. "We are hitting the ground running. Expect some major announcements in 2018!"

Finally, Stalknecht announced that Mark Tibbetts has joined the association as senior vice president for marketing and business development. Tibbetts has an extensive background in the industry, including service at the Thermostat Recycling Corporation. "I've worked closely with ACCA for many years and am proud to join the staff of the nation's premier HVACR organization," Tibbetts said. "I look forward to working on behalf of contractors and helping to promote the good work of ACCA around the country."

According to Stalknecht, the staff changes are helping ACCA reach new audiences and expand its offerings for contractors. "This is an exciting time for ACCA," Stalknecht said. "Mark is a passionate advocate for the HVACR industry and his experience will help us develop new offerings for contractors. I am also excited that Kevin Holland will be growing IE3media and its affiliated businesses, and Kimya Cajchun will be leading ACCA’s expanded membership department. There is tremendous potential for both ACCA and IE3media to grow, and Mark, Kevin, and Kimya have the vision and abilities to make it happen.”
