Are Your HVAC Employees Engaged in Positive 'Conversations'?

Be aware of disgruntlement in the ranks. Find the reasons for it and ease negative feelings with the facts of every situation, and opportunities that lie ahead.

The conversations that occur within an HVAC team are linked to the success or failure of an organization.

Mike Moore of HVAC Learning Solutions says there are five "conversation categories" —

1. The Swamp
2. What's Wrong?
3. What's So?
4. What's Possible?
5. Let's Go.

Once you can swim through the swamp, conversations get progressively better. Here, Moore offers a look at how you bring negative conversations into the light of day, and find solutions. 

AVOID "THE SWAMP," Moore says, for therein lies disaster for a team.
