Contracting Business hosts the 2015 #AHRChat

Jan. 23, 2015
Our Twitter Chat for SHOW ATTENDEES will be held Tuesday, Jan. 27th, from 3-4 pm CT. We'll ask about how you make buying decisions for the new year, hot products, and the strategy you follow to make your show time worthwhile. Save #AHRChat to my Outlook Calendar

AHR EXPO ATTENDEES: Join the editors of ContractingBusiness.com, Contractor, and HPAC Engineering — along with other industry experts — as we host a one-hour "TWITTER CHAT" during the show: Tuesday, Jan. 27, from 3-4 pm CT.

The hashtag for the chat will be #AHRChat. We know you're busy at the show, but we hope you can join in. If you're not attending the show, this is a great way to catch up on everything that is going on. Our hosts will be posting questions, but also answering yours.

Questions will be focused on contractor challenges, product preferences, and show strategy.

We will be joined by experts from three major HVAC manufacturing companies. To be announced soon.

Twitter Chat Best Practices:

1. Log in to your Twitter account.
2. Visit the #AHRChat thread by clicking on this link.
3. Be ready when the chat begins at 3 pm CT. At this time, the first question will be shared.
4. All questions will be marked as Q1, Q2, etc.
5. To respond to a question, please use the letter A and the question number: A1, A2, etc.
6. Make sure your tweets include #AHRChat, so we can track your response. If your tweet exceeds 140 characters, make sure you end the first part of the tweet with “…” followed by #AHRChat. Then continue your answer with another tweet.
7. We'll ask one question every 10 minutes.

Here are two of the topics we will be covering:

  1. WHAT FACTORS DO YOU CONSIDER before you make an HVAC buying decision?
  2. What is your strategy for covering the AHR EXPO show? Need? Curiosity?
