RAE Corporation, Pryor, OK, a manufacturer specializing in engineered cooling and refrigeration systems, has announced several new appointments due to company expansion.
Vickie Stephens, formerly controller, has been named chief talent officer. She will continue to be a driving force behind the company’s employee culture and talent cultivation. She is in charge of finding and developing current and prospective employees, leading a lean standards initiative, and improving the corporate culture, in line with RAE Corporation’s “Vision of Excellence.”
“The creation of the chief talent officer position will allow our organization to cultivate and nurture the talents of each of our employees. We believe this will improve overall production efficiencies and result in continued corporate growth,” says Eric Swank, president and CEO of RAE Corporation.
Dan Crofford was named controller. He will play a key role in moving the company forward toward realizing the Vision, Swank says.
Crofford has five years of experience in public accounting, with an additional 15 years in corporate finance. His most recent position was as the North American vice president of Maxcess International, which is a $100 million manufacturing company with eight domestic and international locations.
“With change comes opportunity and I am confident in the direction of RAE Corporation. Dan is perfectly-suited for his new position and is eager to embody our corporate Vision of Excellence,” Swank says.
