In The Trucks

Number and type of trucks/vans: 4 Dodge Sprinters; 2 Chevy Express vans; 1 GMC box truck; 1 Ford van, 1 Ford Transit.
Inventory on vehicles: Trucks are stocked with 99% of all parts needed to repair any HVAC system, except for specialty motors and boards.
Test instruments technicians carry: Fluke, Fieldpiece, TSI, Testo. Test instruments include electrical meters, air flow testers, CO testers, etc.
Tools provided to technicians: Technicians provide their own hand tools. The company provides “the big stuff,” such as vacuum pump, torches, recovery machines, magnahelic, air hood, CO detector, etc. Tool accounts are set up so they can buy the right tools quicker.
Preferred field communications method: Email and text, plus a phone debrief after every call.
