Unified Group to Provide Keys to Excellent Client Service

The Unified Group is hosting Building a Service Mentality: Discovering the Keys to Excellent Client Service in San Antonio, March 15-17.

This session will be geared toward Unified Group members in a customer service role (dispatch, administration, service coordination, and others.

The Unified Group reports that over the two day session attendees will get a better understanding of their business's operations, the importance of TEAM, and seeing things through the client’s eyes. Members will also have the opportunity to discuss real-life scenarios and breakdown the most difficult interactions with both external and internal customers.
