Emerson Climate Technologies, Inc., has launched a new, redesigned version of its homeowner and contractor educational website, AC & Heating Connect™ (ac-heatingconnect.com).

In addition to the updated design and graphics, the website is more user-friendly with a prominent search function and easy access to the most popular posts.

HVAC Pro’s Toolkit also provides a number of resources for contractors, including podcasts, webinars, point-of-sale materials and other useful information.

“With our focus on providing tips and information to help facilitate more informed HVAC repair and purchase decisions, this website has proven to be a valuable resource to both homeowners and contractors,” said Sarah Taylor, market manager, air conditioning business, Emerson Climate Technologies. “Based on the feedback and interaction with consumers, we have developed some very popular articles that have been viewed repeatedly by homeowners and shared by professionals. We are proud to have reached one million visitors this past June," she said.

In keeping with educating homeowners as well as professionals in the industry, the new website will have additional content over the next few months tailored specifically to commercial end users. This content will cover regulatory issues regarding buildings, utilities and efficiency requirements relevant to commercial users.

AC & Heating Connect was launched in 2013 as a resource for professional contractors and homeowners to find useful information regarding air conditioning and heating equipment. Since that time, the site has expanded to include information on new government regulations that are affecting that market. The site has grown exponentially since its launch and return visits are up over 65% year over year.
