LG Air Conditioning Technologies Names Industry Vets to Customer Service Roles

William Danford has been named as Northeast regional manager. Sean Boyer has been named director of innovation and customer experience.


ALPHARETTA, Ga. — LG Electronics USA Air Conditioning Technologies has added two more industry veterans, further enhancing its commercial applied sales and customer experience organizations. These changes address the evolving needs of the U.S. market and support the growth of LG’s industry-leading variable refrigerant flow (VRF) technology.
 
New to the sales organization William Danford, named as Northeast regional manager. Danford joins LG with more than 25 years of HVAC experience in New York City and surrounding markets. He previously held key management and sales roles for Johnson Controls and York International.
 
Sean Boyer has been named director of innovation and customer experience, responsible for customer support, sales systems, training and inventory management. Boyer joins LG with decade of industry experience and proven track record of success at Fujitsu General America, Haier America and Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating.
