October 25, 2022 - Strikepoint Group Holdings (SGH), formerly Horizon Group Holdings, announced it has expanded its presence across the South Florida market.
In the Tampa, Fla. region, SGH has acquired IERNA Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, a leading residential HVAC and plumbing contractor serving communities throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk and Northern Pinellas Counties.
In West Palm Beach, SGH has acquired Sansone Air Conditioning, a family-owned and operated air conditioning company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida serving Palm Beach, Broward, St. Lucie, and Martin counties.
A third SGH Florida acquisition is Mr. AC Cooling & Heating, serving Florida's Manatee County, Sarasota, Brandenton and region. The company will operate under SGH’s Elite Heating & Air brand, a leading Bradenton, Florida-area heating, cooling, and plumbing services company with more than 20 years of HVAC expertise.
Pinellas Comfort Systems, the fourth announced SGH acquired company, serves Florida's Pinellas County. In addition to Elite in Sarasota, SGH currently owns and operates the Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing and Paradise Air Cooling and Heating brands in the Tampa area,
IERNA
IERNA has secured numerous industry certifications, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and North American Technician Excellence (NATE).

Since 2015, Mr. AC Cooling & Heating has worked to provide customers with honest, transparent and reliable service. Owner-operator Andy Naylor was first introduced to the HVAC business 15 years ago; he worked full time while learning the job and completing a certified course for air conditioning and heating. Naylor is well-regarded for his true passion for the industry and his ability to nurture a kind, caring, and qualified culture among his team.

Sansone has operated as a family-owned company since 1976. It is now operated by the third and fourth generations.
