HVACR Educators/Trainers Conference to Include Focus on Ductless Technology
The HVACR industry is rapidly changing, and manufacturers are looking to educators to help them by producing the technicians they need to install, service and maintain their equipment.
As Americans are choosing to go ductless at an alarmingly high rate, more trained technicians will be needed to keep up with this influx of equipment being put into service.
To help HVACR educators incorporate ductless mini-splits into their programs, several leading manufacturers are working together to support their professional development by participating in the 2018 HVAC Excellence National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference -- March 26-28, Las Vegas, Nev.
Representatives from Daikin, Fujitsu, International Refrigeration Products, LG, and Mitsubishi will be on hand at the conference to meet with instructors, answer questions and provide product-specific support, while some will be presenting training sessions intended explicitly for HVACR instructors. As part of their conference registration, instructors will have access to all of the training sessions being offered at the conference, as well as the fifteen hours of training that concentrates exclusively on ductless technologies.
Through their participation, as well as the commitments from other industry visionaries, high-quality professional development for HVACR instructors becomes possible. The ductless classes offered include:
Installation Essentials for Ductless Inverter Split Systems
Application, Installation and Service of Mini Splits
Ductless Inverter System Components Testing
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) & Variable Refrigerant Temperature (VRT)
VRV IV-S with Vertical Air Handler Installation & Commissioning
