Rite Way Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Acquires Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning

SIERRA VISTA, Arizona — Rite Way Heating, Cooling and Plumbing LLC announced the acquisition of the residential HVAC division of Berg Enterprises, Inc. (BEI), operating under the name Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning (BHAC). This strategic acquisition combines Rite Way's industry-leading expertise with BHAC's 50-year legacy of service in Cochise County.

Founded in 1974 by Dick Berg, Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning has been a trusted name in residential HVAC services throughout Cochise County for over half a century. Through this acquisition, Rite Way is acquiring the residential remodel, service, and maintenance business lines of BEI. The commercial and federal operations will remain under the BEI umbrella, and they will continue to serve contractors in the new-build residential markets in Cochise County and across Arizona. This transaction allows BEI to fully focus on b2b pursuits, especially construction in southern Arizona.
