A company full of individuals who give extra effort will outperform a company of individuals who do the minimum requirements of their positions. So, how can a leader encourage and facilitate high performance from his or her employees? The leader needs to be effective in the art of recognition.

The proper use of celebration is to motivate your team. It may make the difference between an average team and a high-performing team and therefore an above-average organization.
