In the contracting business, you can’t fall behind. Competition is stiff and other businesses are working hard. Kenny Chapman, founder of the Blue Collar Success Group, wants to help your business stay on top.

A few years ago, Chapman said he noticed training was missing from the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric industry. Other industries were embracing new technology, but PHCE seemed to be falling behind. In this article on Contractor Magazine, Chapman said it’s a time of rapid change, but there were three obstacles in the way of success in training for contractors.

1. They couldn't close down their companies to send all their technicians to training in other states.

2. Smaller companies couldn't afford to bring in an industry trainer.

3. Nobody in the company was in charge of putting together consistent, effective training meetings. Complaints of not having enough time or professional training knowledge were often the reasons.

Now, Chapman has introduced a video series called Instant Meeting Maker, an on-demand product that can be used anywhere, anytime.  Small business owners can show these 15-20 minute videos to their technicians, something the Blue Collar Success Group said is perfect for a weekly or monthly training session.
