What will be the Westin Cleveland Downtown Hotel is undergoing a $64 million renovation. Due to open in April, 2014, the 484-room hotel will feature work by more than 1,000 Cleveland artists. Ohio-based Marous Brothers Construction, Designer/Builder on the project, began remodeling the property in December 2013. Brewer-Garrett of Cleveland is the mechanical contractor.
