50,000,000 Copeland Compressors Installed

Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson, recently announced there have been 50 million installations of its Copeland brand CR reciprocating compressor.
Emerson also reports that in 2008, it will begin production of a new, R-410A based platform of reciprocating compressors, named CP8. The new platform will expand Emerson’s R-410A line of Copeland compressors while providing customers another choice of technologies for their R-410A products.
