More than 250 International Service Leadership (ISL) members and guests gathered in New Orleans, LA for the association’s winter conference. Entitled “Focus on Your Customers,” attendees participated in sessions centered on how providing exceptional service to customers can generate even more profits. Also during the conference, ISL presented its annual Contractor of the Year Awards. Members submit a nomination form and are then judged on ethics and excellence, use of ISL programs, bottom line profit, sales dollars and increase, year-over-year improvement, and customer satisfaction.
