BROADVIEW, Illinois -- Every year, the Unified Group recognizes one of its member companies for going above and beyond expectations. This year’s recipient of the "Making the Difference" Award is Intech Mechanical of Roseville, California.
In 2023, Intech Mechanical hosted a diversity, equity and inclusion webinar, held a town hall meeting for Unified Group members, and hosted a tour of their facility as part of the group’s 2023 Construction Forum. During the tour, Unified Group members got to experience Intech’s top-notch company culture first-hand, and the employees’ excitement to show off their hard work was tangible.
“I was thoroughly impressed with the tour,” said Scott Krum, President of Legacy Mechanical. “You could feel the energy and passion every employee had for their position, peers and company.”
Intech’s willingness to help other Unified Group members made them an obvious choice for the 2023 Making the Difference Award. Whether it’s hosting a webinar, sharing best practices at a forum, or answering questions via the membership email tool, Intech is always striving to contribute to the group's success.
