Service Experts to Acquire Engineering Excellence National Accounts

SE Holdco, LLC, the parent company of Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning, has acquired Engineering Excellence National Accounts (EENA), a national leader in commercial HVAC service and construction, based in Cincinnati, OH. EENA's customer base include large retail customers, such as DSW, Rite Aid and Williams Sonoma. This transaction did not include EENA's sister company, Engineering Excellence Regional Services.

Scott J. Boxer, president/CEO of Service Experts, called the acqusition "a tremendous opportunity," one that gives Service Experts an entry into a new segment.

Engineering Excellence was named the Contracting Business 2005 Commercial HVAC Contractor of the Year.

"We are partnering with Engineering Excellence National Accounts because of their excellent reputation and proven performance record. We are excited to have added the premiercommercial national account service provider network in the industry to the Service Experts family.

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, based in Plano, TX, is one of North America's largest heating and air conditioning brands, with over 87 locations serving more than 2,000 homes and businesses per day.

Engineering Excellence was named the 2005 ContractingBusiness.com Commercial HVAC Contractor of the Year — specializes in commercial HVAC preventive maintenance, service and planned retrofits through a national provider network. The 2005 profile can be found here.

Winstel and Ann Moran, vice president of business development, will continue in their respective roles and EENA. Bob Major, Service Experts vice president, business development, will lead the EENA busines for Service Experts.
