When it comes to finding out what the customer wants as an HVAC company, not everything may be obvious. Like romance, business owners often keep themselves up at night wondering what they can do to win new customers and keep current ones returning. They know people want a good deal, but what else is there?

There are plenty of new opportunities for business across the U.S., as Decision Analyst found that more than half of U.S. residents are some level of dissatisfied with the comfort level of their home.

For HVAC installations, there are plenty ways to set yourself apart from other companies, but the most important may be word of mouth, online reviews and other customer-centric aspects of business. These are critical to gaining new business. After all, is a new customer likely to work with you because of promises your company makes or results that other customers have seen?

Keeping this in mind, here are nine things we believe customers want from a residential HVAC installation that may help spread the good word.
