Eden Prairie, MN – July 2024 – DRI-STEEM Corporation (DriSteem), a leading manufacturer of humidity control, evaporative cooling, and water treatment products, has announced that David Loberg has joined DriSteem as Director of Engineering, and Jake Wegner has been named Director of Sales, Americas.
Loberg will oversee key areas of engineering, including new product development, continuation engineering, and value engineering. Sources say his leadership in these areas is expected to bring significant value to DriSteem’s operations.
Before joining DriSteem, Loberg worked as a Sustaining Engineer Manager at Emerson Electric. He was a Commander in the United States Navy Civil Engineer Corps from 2002 until his retirement in 2023. For many years, Loberg has guided cross-functional engineering teams in collaboration with product management, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, product approvals, and finance teams to DriSteem.

Jake Wegner will be responsible for all aspects of DriSteem sales operations in North America plus Central and South America. This includes overseeing the regional sales management team, inside sales support, and OEM sales.
Wegner has a proven track record of leading sales teams and driving growth in various industries. Most recently, he was with Hiniker Co., a manufacturer of snow removal and agricultural equipment, where he led both Outside and Inside Sales and Marketing teams for both divisions.
