Moran’s statistics were far below the averages, scoring 0 in two of the categories, in the 100,001 to 250,000 work hour category.
The MCAA — based in Rockville, MD — awards companies in the HVACR, plumbing, piping, and mechanical services industries for above average safety statistics. It initiated the program to encourage a safer working environment.
The five categories included in this award program are

100,001-250,000 work hours;
250,001-400,000 work hours;
400,001-1,000,000 work hours;
1,000,001+ work hours.
