    Ed's Supply Acquires CTS

    Controlled Temp Supply will rebrand under the Ed’s Supply name.

    Nashville, TN – August 29, 2022 –Ed’s Supply, a leading Southeast heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration distributor, announced  that it has acquired Controlled Temp Supply, a wholesale distributor providing HVACR equipment, parts, supplies, and customer service to residential and commercial customers in Oxford, MS.

    Controlled Temp Supply will rebrand under the Ed’s Supply name. Ed’s Supply operates as a division of Heritage Distribution Holdings, which is backed by leading middle-market private equity firm Gryphon Investors.

    This acquisition is now the fourth acquisition completed by HDH during Gryphon’s ownership. HDH’s growing number of brands of HVACR distributors operating across the Midwest and Southeast includes Ed’s Supply, Wittichen Supply, and Benoist Brothers Supply, which includes Nu Comfort Supply.
