Sean Hutmacher brings to ECCO over 20 years’ experience in the HVAC industry with the majority of that time spent with Refrigerative Supply. Consistently sales focused, his career has taken him through all aspects of a sales operation: from inside sales to regional manager, including working as an outside sales representative for ECCO Supply in Calgary in the late 90s. Strategically minded, he has developed and implemented sales programs successfully while meeting the challenge of an ever-increasing competitive market place. He possesses technical knowledge of most of ECCO Supply’s product offering residentially and commercially while bringing with him expertise in several potential growth segments for their business, as well. His knowledge, experience and attitude will serve him well as he takes the reigns of ECCO’s sales branches, providing them with clear direction and focus in achieving their growth initiatives.

Lawrence Corso joined ECCO as director of procurement and marketing in August. This highly pivotal, newly created corporate position required a supply chain strategist who has a passion for process improvement and a penchant for shrewd negotiating. ECCO’s mandate to “buy better” and “negotiate harder” needed a person who had demonstrated knowledge and experience in creating structure and process focused on meeting those objectives.

Lawrence’s impressive background includes managing the implementation of an ERP system and several product launches with Honda in Canada, the U.S. and Japan; managing vendor contracts and implementing cost control measures with Suncor; and most recently, managing a strategic sourcing team with Cameco Corporation. His professional knowledge and more than 20 years of procurement and marketing experience will serve ECCO well as he takes the reigns of their buying and marketing initiatives, leading them with focused goals and growth objectives.

ECCO opened in 1960 supplying HVAC contractors in Western Canada pre-fabricated sheet metal products and has become well known as a manufacturer and provider of consistently high quality products along with great customer service and expertise. ECCO continues to develop and pursue new markets and opportunities.
