LG Expands AC Customer Support

In an effort to provide customers with high-quality training and support to efficiently and effectively manage their HVAC systems, LG Electronics USA has opened a new 4,100-square- foot HVAC training academy in Orange County, Calif., with interactive courses on the latest LG technologies.
 
Sessions at the new facility will include in-depth, hands-on training of the full array of LG HVAC technologies including Multi V and DFS installation, applications, commissioning and service. Contractors and can sign up at lg.learnernation.com, or by contacting their local LG distributor.

In addition to the California academy grand opening, LG announced the launch of its new Telepresence mobile application. Now, via the app, contractors will benefit from immediate assistance from an LG technician for fast onsite troubleshooting. LG experts can provide contractors real-time feedback and step-by-step instructions quickly and efficiently.
 
The Telepresence app is available to download for iOS and Android users, and via online browser at telepresence.lge.com. Technicians seeking support via Telepresence may call the LG Technical Support Center at 888-865-3026, Option 2.
