The old adage tells us that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Lucky for us, that saying doesn’t apply. The best way to develop and benefit your HVAC business is to learn new things continuously.

By prioritizing training and learning in your company, you can stay a step ahead of your customer’s pain and opportunity points — and the competition. Here are some of the main areas where training can benefit you and your company in 2017:

1.    Enhancing business skills. If the management of your company understands the latest information and events affecting the industry, they can lead more efficiently and effectively. Leaders who fail to keep an eye and ear out for trends and industry-defining news end up without a business to lead.
