Jay Leno will headline EGIA's "EPIC2019" educational conference for home services contractors, Oct. 3-4 in Las Vegas.
The ex-host of The Tonight Show joins a lineup of industry-acclaimed presenters who are experts in every facet of running a contracting business.
Hosted by EGIA, the leading nonprofit dedicated to contractor success, EPIC2019 – which stands for “Educating Professionals in Contracting” – will feature a roster of speakers that includes New York Times bestselling author Weldon Long, along with renowned consultants and educators Gary Elekes, Drew Cameron, Steve Shallenberger, Mark Matteson and Brigham Dickinson. Each will lead an invaluable discussion on subjects that have been proven time and again to be primary drivers of success in home services companies – including leadership; recruiting and hiring; marketing to different generations and customers; mindset training; delivering unrivaled customer experiences; and much more.
“In EPIC2019, we’ve created an event that will offer attendees of all levels of success the tools and proven roadmaps to grow their contracting businesses in exactly the way they’ve always dreamed of,” said Bruce Matulich, CEO of EGIA. “We’ve already put together the most accomplished group of industry educators ever assembled at a single industry event. The addition of Jay Leno brings a comedy legend as well as a voice of authority when it comes to reaching the apex of one’s field.”

Along with the keynotes and breakout sessions, EPIC2019 will also revive popular elements of past EGIA events. Networking receptions give contractors the opportunity to trade wisdom and best practices with their professional peers, while interactive “Industry Experts” panels give attendees the chance to gain unique insights for conquering the most common business challenges contractors face on a day-to-day basis.
EPIC2019 will kickoff with world-renowned mentalist Max Major as the opening keynote speaker. Star of television and stage, and one of the most coveted entertainers on the corporate event circuit, Max’s performances blend magic, mentalism and hypnosis with an uncanny understanding of reading body language and using influence – skills that always serve contractors well.
